Tiptoeing forward is still movement. You do not have to make every change at once; you only need to take the next small step. When you notice a repeating conversation, behavior, or emotional pattern, pause. That moment of awareness gives you the power to choose something different.

These tiny steps are part of the “begin and continue” phase. If you notice yourself stepping out of your power, your light, or your grace, you do not have to give up. Begin again with more awareness, more intelligence, and more mindfulness. With consistency, change becomes visible. Remember: repetition is magic. This is where the Tiny Yogas happen every day.
